Response from Property: Dear Guest, thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for the unclear directions to the station. Our staff did not provide clear information. To reach Keisei Narita Station, simply turn right after exiting the hotel and walk for about 3 minutes. There is an elevator and escalator leading to the station; there is no need to climb any hills. Regarding the airport shuttle, it is operated by three affiliated hotels. Since the journey to the airport takes approximately half an hour each way, we are currently unable to increase the number of services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our hotel is located near Keisei Narita Station and JR Narita Station, approximately a 5-10 minute walk from the station, making it convenient for travel to the airport or Tokyo. There are escalators and elevators connecting the hotel to the street level, and many restaurants and shops are nearby. As you mentioned, Shinshoji Temple, with its thousand-year history, is about a 15-minute walk from our hotel, and there is also a park within the temple grounds.
