It was older than I expected, but it was well-maintained. The bathroom and shower areas were very clean and I felt safe using them. I only stayed one night, but I was very grateful for the hospitality.

I always stay here when I stay the night before. It's the only hotel located within the Narita airport grounds. The location is great. I always request a quiet room and I always get this room. The bus drivers are also very kind and polite. Thank you to all the staff as always. I'll stay here again.

I made a reservation because it was the only hotel inside the airport. However, it was only possible to get there by foot, it took about 10 minutes by bus. The bus only runs once every 30 minutes, so it would have been better if it ran more frequently.

The hotel is very close to the airport, just a few minutes' walk from Terminal 1. Take the free bus from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2, find the No. 32 bus stop and wait for the hotel bus. Terminal 1 is at No. 16 bus stop. The hotel is suitable for passengers who are in transit or taking an early flight. It is clean and hygienic, with simple facilities and no sound of aircraft taking off and landing. Breakfast is 1,300 yen.

Good location flr early flight, walking distance, abt 5-10mins to Terminal 1 1st floor N3 exit. Free shuttle bus to T2 then T1.

The plumbing needs to be overhauled. I sat on the heated toilet until the room warmed up. Also, the bidet system of the toilet was not working. I chose it because the location was good and I had an early flight in the morning.

服務員很友善，大堂也設有售賣機可以買杯面和飲品，十分推薦凌晨機到東京的旅客！

房間超大，離一號客運大樓超近，好評

寝るだけと考えると満足です

Hotel is too old. For short stay of few hour feel not comfortable also.
