Closer to Narita airport, nice breakfast, spacious room but very small bathroom space. Nothing nearby to visit, just for overnight stay if you have connecting flights from Narita airport within 24 hours ! Best part is the availability of airport pick up and drop shuttle bus service from the hotel terminal 1 and 2 - terminal 1 pillar 16 south wing exit S2 !
Otherwise don’t feel like we stay in Tokyo, though keisei subway line available from airport terminal to the main city. Rate as 8.5/10 as bathroom space is too cramped, no amenities not even water bottles !! Fortunately Lawson convenience store is available in the ground floor near reception area.

Spacious! Awesome! It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to take the shuttle bus to the airport. The breakfast is a buffet and it's pretty decent.

The breakfast buffet was decent; while the taste wasn't amazing, you can't complain too much when it's free. 😂
The room had a bathtub, and you could buy bath salts at the Lawson downstairs. The two Asian staff members I encountered, a man and a woman, were both Chinese, so communication was seamless. ദ്ദി◝ ⩊ ◜.ᐟ
The window view was nice; you could see the airport.

The location is quite good, very close to the airport, and there's a shuttle bus service, making it convenient to go out for food. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, but it's still decent. The laundry room is a bit old, and we didn't get to try the restaurant. If you don't have high expectations, I'd recommend it; the price isn't bad either. Our room had a view of the airport, and it wasn't noisy at all. They also gave us some chocolates, but they were super sweet and not very good.

The room was dirty, the kettle was filthy, and there was hardly any service. The convenience store downstairs is a rip-off; I bought a few items and it cost 4000 yen, plus 8% tax.

This is a budget hotel very close to the airport, but the cleanliness was surprisingly good, exceeding my expectations.
