Jessie’s AlexComparing all the airport hotels, I really liked this one. It's the best airport hotel I've ever stayed at. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and communication in English was no problem. The room was clean and tidy. Although the bathroom was a bit small and the facilities were older, they were well-maintained, which was a plus. The hotel offers shuttle services to the airport, JR station, and shopping mall, which is very convenient.

Virginia0619Can’t ask for too much - the hotel is super close to the airport with complimentary shuttle bus with a reliable, packed schedule. The breakfast is also surprisingly good with varieties for the price. Probably the highest value for money if you need a good night sleep and good breakfast before catching an early flight the next morning. Oh and the room size is also very decent for 🇯🇵 hotel room size standard and you might get a nice and open airport view :)

LijiarikaWe stayed here for one night specifically to visit the Shisui Premium Outlets. Although there's nothing much around except for a convenience store, the place is spacious and offers great value for money.
The service is mostly self-service, which was actually quite convenient. Coffee and hot tea are available 24/7. The convenience store has a huge variety of items and is also open 24 hours. For breakfast, you can choose between the buffet in the main building or the lighter meal options in the new annex.
The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes, no reservation needed, and it's free – super convenient! 👍👍👍
It's a great hotel for a layover before departure or after arrival.

Stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning and it was incredibly convenient — very close to my terminal. The place was clean, the capsules were really nice and private, and there was plenty of storage space for luggage. The showers were great too, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a comfortable airport stay. A

Guest UserI really enjoyed my stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Narita. The location is especially convenient if you have an early flight or a late-night arrival at Narita Airport. It’s only around 15 minutes from the airport by the hotel’s free shuttle bus, which made my trip so much easier and stress-free.
The hotel is quite big, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of amenities where you can relax and unwind after a long day of traveling. They have an indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, public bath, restaurants, and even a convenience store inside the hotel. There are also laundry facilities, which is very convenient for travelers staying for several days.
I also appreciated how spacious the property feels and how there are plenty of areas to simply rest and enjoy your time before your flight. The free airport shuttle is definitely one of the best features, especially when you don’t want to worry about transportation with luggage.
Overall, I would definitely recommend MYSTAYS PREMIER Narita, especially for travelers who have an early departure, a late arrival, or simply want a comfortable place to stay near Narita Airport. Convenient, relaxing, and very traveler-friendly. I would happily stay here again!

Anonymous UserBooked the new connecting rooms. Huge hotel. Nearby Narita so it's good as a place for final night to reduce the stress of traveling from town to airport. We had 4 rooms. Some were dusty. And hairdryer even had dust covering it. Rooms came with humidifier and filter, but could not really filter out the dust. My niece had dust allergy which the hotel did help to come do a round of vacuuming to help us out. Since it's a huge hotel, walking the corridors to our rooms felt a bit eerie as it wasn't fully occupied.

Anonymous UserThe hotel offers a shuttle service to Narita Airport, with two buses an hour during peak times and one per hour at other times. The journey takes 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself is quite large and a bit old, and the cleanliness is just so-so. It seems they do a rather hasty job of cleaning, likely because most guests are just transiting and staying for one night, leading to a high turnover rate which makes thorough cleaning difficult. For food, your options are either the convenience store in the lobby or the hotel's own restaurant; there are no other choices. I heard there's also a free shuttle to Aeon Mall and JR Narita Station, where there might be more dining options. However, the downside is you'd have to wait for the shuttle both ways.
