Statue of Unity Tent City

I booked a package of 2 nights/3 days for "Sunday and Monday", as posted on their website. So I booked this package by paying full money in advance on Dec 26, 2023 for the dates Feb 11 (Sunday) & Feb 12 (Monday). They confirmed my booking by sending an email back to me with "Booking Confirmation Voucher", which is attached herewith. As you can see, in this voucher, they provided full day acitivities in the itinerary. Looking at it, I was misguided to understand that they would take us to all the attractiions they described for "Day 2". Even the Day 2 always is a "Monday" for the special packages starting on Sundays, they did not mention it there and sent the Day 2 activities brochure. They did mention about the cloure of Mondays for all the attractions on the entire town at the bottom under "Important Note" and "TERMS & CONDITIONS". My question here is, for this "Two nights" package for Sunday & Monday, the attractions are always closed for the Day 2. Then why they sent me the full day activities for Day 2? I had special planned for this 2 nights/3 days trip to Statue of Unity and after reaching there, I found out that they close on Mondays!!! I contacted their support and talked with Mr. Parmar, who was very rude to me and bluntly denied to accept any mistake on their part. In this case, I seek for the full refund of my money for the package. Excellent location with lake view. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable Good ***icured lawn. Clean swimming pool. Good recreational activity room Moderate gym. Buffet menu was good. Service was excellent. Very courteous staff. WiFi speed moderate Over all a great experience

It is too costly. The ambience and location are perfect. But food. Is not so tasty and not a good spread according the cost. They charge you rs.600 for breakfast and do not offer anything sweet. No eating place nearby. Unless you have your own vehicle you are stuck with them.

We were a group of friends celebrating our 20 year reunion atTent City 1. The property is well spread out over a vast area of around 8 acres with 65 units. It is an enchanting location with river on one end and green surroundings all over adding to its tranquility. What further sets the place apart is the hospitality and cleanliness which are usually missing in tent type accommodations. We had the opportunity to interact with Mr. Nikhil, the promoter. He is a very down to earth individual with an eye for attention to detail and the same values are reflected in his team. Mr. Chetan the ***ager was very responsive to our small requests. All this and the company of friends made it a memorable experience to cherish for a lifetime. I would stay that though I have returned but it feels like I left a piece of my heart at the place.

Very bad experience with their online booking system. They did not mention on their web page under Packages for 2 nights/3 days starting with Sunday that, ALL ATTRACTIONS including Statue of Unity will be closed in the entire area. Nothing is open and you cannot go anywhere!!! Not only that, they did send the confirmation email in which, they provided Day 2 (Monday) itinerary with full activities! Yes, they did mention about it in the bottom under "Important Note" !!!

The stay was really good. I would highly recommend everyone to at least stay in tent city once. The hospitality is really good and the food was amazing. We are really happy. My family enjoyed alot. It was good and very comfortable stay. Really enjoyed the stay

It was a beautiful stay for us and the staff were really helpful. Would highly recommend it.... It was an experience that I was wanting g to check out on my bucket list. With beautiful narmada view and the best desi food

Overall the stay at the Tent city right from the time of booking to checkout.. the experience was overall very Good !! We reached early at 8,30 am and had 3 rooms booked.. the staff was courteous to offer us 2 tents in advance for us to get fresh. The food overall was very great with good verity .. More fruits can be added to the buffet though. There is lot of leisure time as they provide as the tents we took were on package basis.. more places can be covered in less days if one wants to visit all the attractions the place presents.. but as the location of the Tent city is bit far from all the attractions.. having your own car helps. We personally had a bad experience due to the rains as we visited during the Rainy season.. The facility doesn't allow to take the umbrella outside the hotel premises.. which was in stark difference to Tent city 2 and we suffered a bit due to less protection against the rains overall the experience of the place was very good.. the staff is very helpful and respond quickly to any query/ de***d.
