Spacious, clean, and accessible. The suite was bright and spacious, and the hotel's front desk staff were very helpful. The duplex suite offered plenty of space — it could easily accommodate a kitchenette or similar feature, which might enhance guests’ comfort. The air conditioning on the upper floor wasn’t working during my stay, and the unit on the lower floor overflowed daily, so addressing this would make a big difference. I also didn’t notice any visible recycling facilities, which could be a great addition for environmentally conscious guests.

The room provided was nothing like the description or pictures on the ******* website. Double/Twin rooms are NOT soundproof, do NOT have a mini bar (they have an empty fridge), do NOT have a separate sitting area and you CANNOT nominate your preferred bedding configuration.
