Excellent service and good breakfast, staff was very polite, stay here was very pleasant, I would suggest all to experience orchid hotels. The rates are affordable and the view you get from your room is awesome. Nice and friendly staff. Nashik has the best hotel

I have been a repeat customer in this hotel. While a few things have improved especially the decor etc, there are many areas still pending improvement. 1. Check-in : Very lack lustre. The staff struggles to ensure checkin. No one bothers to inform about breakfast time and other details..No one is posted to send the baggage etc to the room. Even the welcome drink is very cosmetic and should be taken out if they are unable to provide such things. 2. During check-in: Service is very slow...painfully slow. If you go out in the morning and are back even hy 2pm, the rooms are not cleaned. They have to be told and reminded repeatedly to carry this put. 3. Staff is least bothered even when certain grievances such as non working card keys are highlighted. Recommendation: It is certainly not worth the price. It is like paying for a 3 or 4 star property and getting a sub par 1 star service instead. While I have stayed here pre renovation, I will be unlikely to ever stay here again.

The location was excellent, but there were some concerns with Room 113, particularly the slippery floor. Additionally, the bathrooms felt cramped compared to the room size, and while the breakfast quality was acceptable, there may be room for improvement.

The hotel was really good staff was very helpful specially the night staff on front desk he was really helpful food in both restaurant was really good nd the staff was also very nyc the way they took care of my family was very nyc. Hope to see them soon nd would love to recommend everyone to stay there..

Hotel Ira by Orchid, Mumbai, The Staff, food, Rooms everything is impressive. Rooms are good, bed is comfortable and food is great I liked it. Over all I had a great experience. The staff are very professional and polite. Planning to visit again.

It's a renovated property of Kamat. Totally new look. Great ambiance. Food was very nice. Thanks to chef rajendra. Rooms is Full new with upgraded amenities. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Loved the stay .

Had a great experience at Ira by orchids. One of the best hotel in Nashik. Because of great management, our event went smoothly. The service is soo promt that one need not worry about it. And the cherry on the top is the food at Ira by orchids. Best quality and taste of food
