The watchman kept us waiting at the gate for 20-25 minutes without opening the gate. . Because they don't have staff. and also said that why you guys book online hotels? breakfast very bad.

The property is in a close proximity to the ram kund, and an ideal place to stay. Unlike any other hotels this property belongs to a trust and the rooms are good however in my experience they were dusty and in terms of service it's not that good however you will find it difficult to get similar kind of property nearby so it is one of the best in area.

The stay at this place was really good. I would like to mention few important points- pros- 1. The location is in front of ramkund. Great!
2. The size of rooms is good. 3. The cleanliness was of great level which includes the beddings, room, toilets, towels etc. 4. The food was good (hygienic) and not spicy. The kitchen they maintain is very clean. 5. Parking place is also good. 6. Overall a very pleasant stay with kids and family. Cons-
1. There is no field, park etc. 2. While booking please select whether you need balcony with river view or balcony with city view. Conclusion: highly recommended (for family.

No complementary mineral water provided, paid high for including breakfast but they served only idle chutni. Lot of arrogance in managing staffs. Room was decent.

Rooms were clean. Only letdown was too much follow up by manager about check out. Just after check in, he called to check out even before 10am check out time. In morning, again called to check out early. This is disgusting

Nice location with great godavari view. Walkable distance to all important religious places near panchavati. Room is quite neat and clean. Breakfast is quite good.
