first thing you notice is the dirty bedsheets ! second clueless staff ! third broken bathroom fittings! please dont book here ! i had to complaint multiple times bus there was no solution at all

Clean and good rooms equipped with all the necessities. Very polite staff. Didn’t take much time for check-in and check-out. Fast responding staff. Food was great too. Overall, it was a good experience and would like to consider this stay when planning to go to Nashik again.

Room is extremely small, kettle was provided on request but tea kit was Not provided, unable to sleep due to mosquito . When asked for good night unit, they provided mosquito repellent Agarbati. Staffs were very helpful and tried their best to make us comfortable. Breakfast was very limited only 2 veg dishes, when asked for egg, they explained that it is generally not provided.

hotel location is good but the room was not clean properly washroom was wet and as you mentioned the ameneties we could'nt get that the directly refuse us to give they even had not provide a water bottle. we say its not value for money . we're requested for some decoration in the room they were said that we can't provide you anything not a single towel art . and the linen was not fresh 😞 we just had bad experience

the breakfast lookes pale
drinking water was not provided in the room
Deluxe rooms were small
Hot water not available properly in the bathroom
Soaps/Dental kit was also not provided
Overall did not make us feel good about the stay

Food & rooms was good & all right, but in washroom lack of cleanness & towels are very bed. Some grass over the towel & no extra single napkin towels are there. Also, there is not any extra soup.

i booked a diamond room in hotel maharaja.but i was taken to hotel sai vijay.the room allocated to me in sai vijay is a normal room.no ac .no hot water, fan was operated only on high speed . it was a worst experience for me.

The rooms are spacious, however the food cost is on the higher side. Tea, coffee maker missing, should have come with the room.
