Mara at the front desk was an absolute nightmare - from publicly insulting me in front of my extremely young children, calling me a liar because the phone in my room doesn’t work, hanging up on me multiple times while I simply asked for help getting utensils and the missing portions of food we had ordered for room service at (at 12:52 after we had already paid to extend our checkout to 1 PM with no time to even eat at this point). The night staff compared to Mara this morning/afternoon is truly like black-and-white - I’ve never been more disgusted with service in my life - and that is coming from someone who was working the service industry for years. We are at this hotel after escaping an extremely scary domestic violence situation and Mara made this experience so much worse and that much harder. Insulting someone while they are explaining this and crying and hanging up on them throughout that after everything I’ve stated above with the cherry on top and we will never stay here again.

Everyone member of staff was very helpful and attentive. The pool and gym were fabulous. A great weekend stay for my family of 4.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast coupons were right on time. They had a variety of breakfast options including cereal French toast waffle bacon sausage juice potatoes etc. the rooms were great and the gym area was excellent! They had a variety of different equipments available including strength training and cardio.

Place is kid friendly me and my kids pick Breakfast is amazing french food the staff/ waiter at the restaurant was amazing met all my needs ! The staff at the lobby where you check in very professional and respectful lobby 10/10 (very clean) the rooms are clean nothing on the walls / floors the bathroom was spotless the beds very very comfortable and my kids enjoyed their stay as much as I did I definitely recommend this location 10/10

Unfortunately, this property did not have room service breakfast despite all the websites and their own materials that you're provided when you get there claims. We had specifically chosen the hotel to do a fun room service breakfast and found out that "oh no, we don't do that in the morning". I know it seems like a minor thing - but we had picked this hotel for that reason, so to not have it was very disappointing. The hotel overall was not worth the cost given that it didn't have the element we wanted. The pool was also a bit lackluster and in rough shape. The room itself was clean, but we could have had a better experience for less in the area.

The stay was great but for the second time the elevators were not working. Making access to rooms very difficult

The breakfast was super fresh and very delicious. The staff was very accommodating. Our room was very clean.

$5 parking free Heater that when it turned on during the night it was extremely loud and I could feel a vibration in my bed when it was running Woke me up a couple of times
