We stayed after attending the Linkin Park concert last night and it was wonderful. We were able to check in early and it was the perfect distance from Bridgestone. The staff was so helpful and very friendly. The only issue was Dierks Bentley is a bar that sounded like it was right outside my window but it is Nashville so I expected that in a way.

Great location. Now, if you will be parking be ready to pay $55 per day. At the hotel they told me we can park and if not moving the car until I leave I will make only a payment of $55 which it was totally not true. I had to pay $110 for 2 days. Hotel is highly recommended! Overall the stay was great !

Very clean room overlooking Country Music HOF and very convenient to Broadway. Concierge service was very helpful as well as the other staff members.

The location was very convenient, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. However, the front desk service was disappointing. When checking out, there was no staff present, and we had to wait about 10 minutes before someone finally showed up. The person at the desk did not provide a receipt, and I later noticed unexplained charges on my account.
When I called to inquire, I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. After calling back, I was again put on hold with no resolution provided. It wasn’t until my third call that I was finally able to speak with someone who could help.
While the stay was pleasant overall, the poor customer service at the front desk left a negative impression.

Not up to standard
Very basic hotel for the price. No one even came to makeup our room. I splurged for executive suite and I was very disappointed.

Location great, but executive lounge disappointing
Check in was a bit confusing with 3 rooms with the same last name. Not sure why. We reserved the executive suite rooms. These rooms give you access to the executive lounge. We looked up the information for the lounge, so we expected some small bites and continental breakfast. This was far from what we were given. When other guests came into the lounge, we all had the same puzzled look. However, it did have a nice sitting area with coffee machine, small size soft drinks, bananas and oranges, and snack mix. I would say the size of room, location, and the 2 restaurants connected were fantastic!!!
