Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Airport

We loved the hotel! It was perfect for our family to stay in! Pros: room service was very quick (called for pillows and extra towels), great breakfast (the best we have ever had before at a hotel), the swimming pool was really nice, all the employees that we encountered was great, would def stay here again. Only cons that I can even think of but still wouldn’t keep me from coming back is first, the tvs are very outdated (no smart tvs, strictly cable only setting), and the beds were just a little uncomfortable, you could tell they were spring mattresses. But other than those two things we would definitely come back!

I booked the wro g day!!! I didn't realize it until it was the day of our trip, Dec. 5th. I was soooooo bummed!!!

The hotel was beautiful but I had to pay for a Uber because I couldn't get anybody on the phone it keep ringing then it would hang up so I didn't want to pay extra money to get to the hotel when the hotel have a free shuttle

This location was easy and accessible to everything The hotel is beautiful. The employee team members we encountered are very kind. I needed it for my trip. Issue I had was the toilet kept running even after me jiggling the push button. I did talk to the front desk representative. Her name is Jamie and she did send an engineer upstairs. When I return back to my room, it appears to have been corrected however, as soon as you flushed the toilet Continue to run. So I talk to her again and she did tell me that the engineer told her that the mechanism inside I am assuming the ball and chain needed to be changed. Therefore, she suggested or asked if I wanted my room to be switched. Since I did not because I was leaving the next morning, she offered to comp half my stay. When she realized that I booked through a third-party, she told me that she could give me the equivalent in points from Hilton. She also comp the parking fee for my car. All in all, it was a nice visit. I just want to make sure that room 301 issue is rectified because it is extremely annoying when the toilet will not fill and stays in a continuous run mode for hours. 

Great breakfasts, nice happy hour. Very quiet rooms. Great experience!

Hotel itself was great. It's the cars that were broken into that was the problem.

I will be writing to Embassy Suites directly with my complaints about their desk agent that checked us in (Hayden) which started the whole experience off on a bad note. That guy was the most morose, sullen person I'd ever met and he shouldn't be in the hospitality business. I told him as much and the Shift Supervisor Jaci tried to find out what happened when she overheard me tell him that. She was great and you are lucky to have her. The room had several maintenance issues that I gave, in writing, to the guy who checked us out 2 days later (another guy with no personality or friendliness - how do they get hired?). The guys cooking at the breakfast buffet in the morning were a delight and made me a first quality, perfectly-cooked omelet and I told them that. Very pleased with the quality of that entire breakfast. The lobby area and massive seating area were immaculate and super clean - good job by housekeeping in that area. It should be better disclosed that there is a $20 daily parking fee.

giving 2 stars for several reasons. When we arrived around 7:30 pm, we requested sheets and blankets for a guest who was going to sleep on the sofa bed, as well as a crib for my baby. After 9:00 pm, we still had not received anything. We had to call the front desk again, and it was almost 9:30 pm before the items finally arrived, which meant we had to keep our baby awake until then. Additionally, the blankets we received had stains, and parts of the material looked burned or damaged, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, I do want to mention that the food was delicious. The omelet was excellent, and the entire buffet was outstanding. I’m leaving this review only because I hope this part of the service can improve, since everything else about the stay was very good.
