Beside a daily tax fee of $55, that was never mention, they put a hold on my card for $200. A day for amenities or daily charges, TOTAL $800 BUCKS MANDATORY. I was not on property to use any unless it was to sleep in my room. So on check out they informed me it would be FIVE TO TEN BUSINESS DAY BEFORE THEY RELEASED MY $800 DEPOSIT. Now they have had my money for five days & now they want to keep it for another FIVE TO TEN DAYS.. WHO DOES THAT???

Absolutely NON of the listed amenities were available (read:no Margaritas available at the Margaritaville Beach Resort). The only restaurant available at the hotel was even closed 1/3 nights we were there. Construction going on… everywhere. $45/day charge to have your room cleaned? Very few shops, in the local area, were open.
Give this $$$$ place a mis.

The five-star charging standard, the service environment of the B&B level, this fart is bigger than the beach, really, the Bahamas is too poor, I will not come here in the future, it is not as good as Hainan. $20 for breakfast, $40 for a 20-minute taxi ride, and $30 for dinner. vomit

This was my first time in the Bahamas, and I went with my sister and a friend. While some aspects of the trip lived up to our expectations, others fell short. The view from our room matched the pictures exactly. However, in terms of customer service, we only encountered a few helpful individuals; most others seemed indifferent or somewhat rude, showing little concern for our needs or inquiries.
Regarding dining options at the resort, there were limited choices for vegetarians, and the prices were quite steep. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed the pasta at Frank and Lola's—it was truly amazing.
One notable inconvenience was that despite being three guests, we were only provided with three water bottles per day, which seemed insufficient for our needs.
We particularly enjoyed spending time by the pool, which was impeccably clean and inviting. The hot tub was also a delightful experience.
During check-out, a gentleman named Jarob or Jaron (apologies for the uncertainty in remembering his name) went out of his way to assist us with storing our luggage and arranging for a taxi. His kindness was greatly appreciated.

We had a good time at this resort. We stayed at the One Particular Harbor which was the building next door.
Pros:
- Nice room
- Great Waterpark
- Resort is close to downtown and Straw Market. We even figured out that we could cut through the British Colonial next door which made it even faster.
Cons:
- Everything is expensive. Buy anything and there is an automatic gratuity added.
- Service was inconsistent. Some good and some bad.
- Stayed five nights and never had our room cleaned.
- Area closes down early. Once the cruise ships leave Nassau, the town kind of closes. There is really no nightlife at the hotel.

It's Nassau...after 6pm things are closed in the area.
The resort as a hotel is good. Great access to the beach. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great views, good kid-friendly mini-water park. Pricey restaurants. And you get to watch all of the cruise ships come into port!

Everyone was so nice and helpful here. There were so many shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. It was just my three boys and I and they had a blast! Highly recommended for families.

My granddaughter and I had a great time. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and so kind. If I had to complain about anything it would be the CASHLESS part. It’s a beautiful and clean resort.
