Hotel com quase 10 anos de inaugurado mas extremamente bem conservado (e aspecto de novo), limpeza impecável, serviço de quarto muito eficiente. Localização na principal avenida da Ponta Negra e de fácil acesso à praia (inclusive à pé) e a outros pontos de Natal. A vista, sobretudo nos andares mais altos é excelente - alcançando, a depender do quarto, o Morro do Careca e toda a extensão da Praia de Ponta Negra.
