Hampton Inn & Suites Natchez

Nice hotel, we had suite room which was pretty big. Beds were good and breakfast was sufficient.

It was the best breakfast that I have had in hotel, ever. The food was excellent and very diverse. The reception staff was friendly and very kind. The location was perfect to visit the city.

The room I paid for a King room but got a twin rooms my husband and I had to sleep on tiny beds would like a refund. I enforcement the front desk they did not care

Breakfast cold and staff in the dinning and house keeping during the day were terrible. Grunting at me and just couldn't be bothered. The afternoon staff were complete opposite, excellent service.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. I felt welcomed there. Room was spacious and all very clean.

Coffee was great, breakfast good, and rooms clean and comfortable. People were awesome.

Hilton Can Do Better The stay was good. The free breakfast is great. The staff was great . I have 2 rooms. One room had bugs. The 2nd room was not clean. It smelled like mold. The carpet was not clean & throughly vacuumed & the tile floor dirty. Also the walk-in shower is small for a person with mobility problems.
