When I checked in they gave me a key to a king room. I went back to the desk to switch to a double as I had reserved only to find out that the had given me someone else's room with a similar name. Also, the front desk informed me at that time that they had cancelled my reservation. Luckily, while we were scrambling to find lodging last minute, due to another hotel error, a different client had been given the wrong room too (the double we needed). We were able to get put in that room. I confirmed at that time that it was available for 2 nights as I had reserved. The next day at dinner, I got an email from the hotel with a receipt for my stay noting a check out time for earlier that day. I left dinner to handle yet another issue with my stay there. Upon arrival I was told the computers were down and the clerk could not get management by phone. The room keys we were issued no longer worked and my personal items were held hostage in the room we were CONFIRMED to have for that night. Finally, another employee arrived and the clerk was able to open the so that we could gather our things. The clerk said if we could wait until computer issues resolved, we MIGHT have a room available that night. We were not interested in one more moment there. I will never stay at you establishment again.
