Brand new hotel with modern, confortable rooms and stylish decoration throughout. Lovely pool and rooftop area. Nice service. Free parking. Good breakfast. Excellent value. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay her again if back in Santo Domingo!

Excellent customer service.Expertly prepared dinner menu, vibing night restaurant. Lovely facilities..gym and pool all very new.would love to return again. Staff were friendly and helpful and did there best with English as I didn't speak spanish.

WOW What a fabulous hotel. And the people.... not sure if I am rating on 5 or 10 stars scale but they were just over the 10. The lovely hostess in the dining room Wanda was fabulous. When she learned it was my birthday she made sure a special cake was served up. Katherine, the bar tender was equally amazing. Remembered our drinks from day one and always fun to chat with. Juan and Gilbert (not sure if I have his name right... a young tall waiter for breakfast) also deserve mention as they started our day off right. Bravo to housekeeping. They are the faceless heros of every hotel and unfortunately I never got any of their names. sadly I am bad at names, but also want to give a shout out to the roof top bar/pool staff. All great.

Happy to have a Hyatt property in Santo Domingo! Beautiful hotel! Excellent service! It’s a new property so berthing is in excellent shape. Right in the heart of Piantini. Great area with a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. Definitely recommend!

The bed was extremely comfortable, the hotel contained a workout room and a rooftop bar and deck with swimming pool. The staff was very attentive and considerate. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel as a location was good for shopping and restaurants.

Very nice hotel, high quality linens that felt wonderful. View from the 3rd floor terrace was very nice, and the view from the 11 floor terrace was amazing. Staff were very nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this hotel. I will be back. Glad it included free parking.

Wow! Came here for NYE with my mom and the service was out of this world! They treated us like royalty and the property was as clean as it gets being brand new and well maintained. Was upgraded upon arrival to the 10th floor with great views of Santo Domingo and the Caribbean Sea! The $80/person NYE dinner was one of the best meals I've ever had! The rooftop pool and bar were so fun - we had a panoramic view of all the fireworks going off around the city!! Despite the rooftop NYE party, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves - very chic. I can't recommend this hotel enough! Will absolutely be returning!! In a better part of town too near a couple nice malls.
