"The stay at mathura resort is absolutely fantastic. The swimming pool, local beach at walkable distance, play area for kids, calm and quite environment to relax. Rooms are very clean and neat. Homely hygienic tasty food on demand basis and friendly receptionist mr jevish to help you with necessitates. Overall the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable."

"good place for family and friends outing. very good food. staff is very friendly. rooms are clean. awas beach is 10 minutes walking. would recommend this place 👍 request to hotel - 1. please keep the in house animals (birds and tortoise) in habitable condition or just let them free 🙏

"Although i did not informed the property my time of arrival, but when i reached 7 pm at the property there was no one to welcome. I had to literally wait to see if anyone comes on the gate. I myself opened the gate and entered the property. Later a lady came and called two other guys for help. These guys did not bothered at all. I had to open the gate and close the gate, when enquired they said there is no one on the property, the owner has not appointed any guard so the gate should be open and closed by the guest only. No proper answer at all. These is no cafe/restaurant of the property. Only if you take the package for good then only you will get food otherwise you need to travel 4-5 km for lunch or dinner. The swimming pool was not cleaned. The electricity/power was frequently shutting off. Rooms are good, peaceful and pleasant. But everything i experienced was self service. I had no satisfaction for service so i moved out the next day even when i paid for the stay of 3 nights."
