First and last time First of all i don't really care about habe luxury, but some things are important. The two rooms Sittingbourne me were badly isolated, they were some teenagers fighting and being loud the whole night till 2 or 3am. I wrote the location about it, there was no reaction. The water was cold and took really long to get warm. The blankets were old, there was not basic aid like salt , old and pepper to cook. Don't get why they give the option and not put these things that won't cost much but will be ridiclous for a tourist to buy. It Was ok, but I'm happy i didn't stay longer

Great location with a municipal parking lot nearby if you have a rented vehicle. Beach is walking distance along with all the shops and restaurants. Our door was quite sticky and we were supposed to have a porch with our room, but didn’t so that’s where a star was lost. Good value otherwise!

It was a nice place to stay outside of town. Not overly fancy but thats not i was looking for and the beach is nice and close!

I booked with *********** to stay in Depis Place and Apartments for one night at the end of September 2023. I was travelling with my friend (both females, early 20s). We arrived shortly before check-in and were told there was a "technical problem" and were subsequently moved to a completely different property 10 minutes away. We were told it was a "partner" accommodation, however it seemed a lot cheaper and more run down. We were shown our room and told that this is where we would be staying instead. The room was dirty and many of the amenities in the room were broken. During the night, on two different occasions someone tried to enter our room, luckily we had the door locked and bolted. Subsequently we were awoken at 7am to the sound of construction and moving furniture, none of which we were told about beforehand. Since, Depis Apartments has ignored both *********** and my request for a full refund for our stay and has not responded to our concerns at all. Would absolutely not recommend this place - especially as female solo travellers!
