Very friendly staff ，felt safe , roof top view tip top . Room with balcony superb 👍👍👍

Hotel was newly furnished and clean. Friendly service people with good food and view. Only Downstairs at the ground floor was not looking as hotel lobby , bit surprised and then found out it was at the roof floor.

Hotel claimed water didnt work swith me to another Hotel at lower level. Left me at this location. Manager Promised to comeback to check. Never returned. New location did not have hot water. Didnt know i was guest there. No toothbruch or toothpaste provided. No instruction how or where to go buy. I called my contact checked out next day. Trip.com should filter hotels better. I felt unsafe

This was unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We booked two rooms in advance for a group trip, but upon arrival, we were suddenly informed that our rooms were “not available” due to a so-called issue. Instead, the staff arranged to move us to a different hotel. What deeply shocked us was that shortly after we were turned away, a group of white guests was allowed to check in with no issue. The explanation given was that they had previously checked in, but we strongly suspect racial discrimination, as our group of Asian travelers was treated completely differently. We were forced to leave the property in the middle of the night and move to a substitute hotel with much lower standards—dirty bedding, poor soundproofing, loud air conditioning, and an overall uncomfortable and unhygienic environment. It was difficult to sleep, and one of us even had nightmares from the stress and noise. Although the hotel eventually apologized and helped booked another hotel, but the quality is totally like staying in hell and the whole process in unacceptable , they took no real responsibility for the ordeal they caused—no support, no coverage of the additional costs we had to bear, and no compensation for the disruption and distress we experienced. This was not just a service failure—it was unprofessional, disrespectful, and felt discriminatory. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially travelers from diverse backgrounds. 很誇張的飯店，會超賣房間並且挑客人，把客人通通送到低等的破舊旅社去，Google reviews 上有超級多負評，幾乎每天都有人被這樣糟蹋，他們絕對會下地獄！他們的神不會原諒他們的！

Great place to stay as the rooms are really confortable and the location is quite good, specially the view. Quite scary building at first, but if you follow instructions, it's all good. Shame they obviously struggling in Cairo in general to get tourists and you can see the money is not getting in as it used but. We had a leak flood in our bathroom, but nothing to dramatic. In all, I recommend it a lot.

Nice food, good position and perfect room service, especially friendly and warm hearted reception..
