The staffs are the best. Best service and very friendly. They helped me from picking me up from the airport and dropping me off at the hotel in Sars and also stopped at the Giza Plateau so I can take more pictures. Radwan and the staffs are amazing!!!! I will be back someday. Thank you.

這家酒店距離金字塔檢票口走路僅僅需要8分鐘，非常近的距離在樓頂餐廳就能看到金字塔景色。提供的早餐很豐盛。值得一提老闆是個中國通，張嘴嚇一跳，還給我們小零食，中文流利服務非常周到，在這裏住非常舒心。這個價格沒有其他選擇，性價比無敵了。酒店也提供遊玩活動，價格合理。

這是住的最差的一個酒店了，沒有網絡，沒有電梯沒有停車位，與宣傳的內容差之千里，：可以説衹能滿足睡覺，其他一切服務都沒有。在我退房的時候剛進來6位非洲人在找旅行社要求退房都吵起來了。This is the worst hotel to stay in. There is no internet, no elevator, no parking space, no luggage transportation service. It is completely different from what was advertised. It can only be used for sleeping; there are no other services at all.
