"The bed laken showed traces of use at arrival! When departure early, 70%des amount must be paid, the remaining 30% have not been returned by email because of my "sonic". I was offered another room, but I didn't have to accept this. Nevertheless, I was refused to pay back the 30%, which are listed in the AGBs. Other guests also observed the condition of their room. Furthermore, my room should be a non-smoking room, I couldn't find it, the room has smoked after smoke. I can't recommend this accommodation anymore."
