I stayed alone, but the large room was very comfortable. The toilet and shower room were also clean. The host was very nice. You can freely use the balcony in the public space on the second floor. Restaurants are about a 10-minute walk away.

The room was clean and tidy, the sheets were clean, and the hot water from the electric water heater was excellent. There was a hairdryer and an adapter in the room to charge Chinese-made appliances. The mosquito repellent in the room was also very effective. I checked the kitchen, and it was very clean. The breakfast was just too expensive; I saw only three foreigners eating there, and Chinese people didn't seem to eat the Western food they offered. It's less than 8 kilometers from Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport, very close to Negombo train station, and only a little over 1 kilometer from the beach. Highly recommended for Chinese travelers.

Прекрасный небольшой отель. Улыбчивые, приветливые хозяева готовые всегда помочь. Чистые светлые комнаты с высокими потолками. Туалет, душ очень чисто и просторно. Жили три дня перед перелетом, до аэропорта 20 минут на такси. Хозяева предложили обзорную экскурсию по Негомбо за небольшую плату, было интересно. Всем рекомендую этот отель от души, никто не просил меня писать этот отзыв.

Spotless accommodation on a pleasant, quiet road close to the seafront. The host was so welcoming (even when we arrived at 4am). Would definitely recommend to others and would return ourselves.

The best and most charming host of our whole 3 week Sri Lanka trip! It was actually so goo we came back on our way back before we flew back to Germany! Nice, quiet location. The rooms are also very clean and the terrace upstairs is amazing. It just opened up 6 months ago and he is still improving everything. Definitely recommending this place. Would 100% come back!
