We had the issue that the hotel that we normally booked for that night was wrongly booked. Therefore we had to urgently find another hotel at 3am in the morning! Luckily the very friendly staff could welcome and host us that night! The room was nice (with a good view to the lagoon) Breakfast was top and the staff was heartwarmingly friendly and helpful (special shoutout to Fernando)! 100% will come again and can recommend to anyone!

Unhygienic and shabby place. Please do not stay here under any circumstances. 1)The doors dont open from inside once you shut them. We were basically locked inside and had to ask someone to come and open from the outside. One of us was also locked in the bathroom. 2) Another room's door handle came off 3)The toilet was not cleaned and there was poop floating inside 4) There was a cockroach roaming around in the bathroom. When we asked the person to remove it he asked "small?"- as if small ones dont matter. For the record it was large. 8)There was a frog in the shower area 5) There was red color on the towels. 6) The juice which they served had a fly swimming in it. 7)The shower is broken 8) The entire bathroom had hair and cobwebs lying around- evidently had not been cleaned for months.

Beautiful place located near to Negombo lagoon. Even you can walk to the lagoon. You can have your meals on a deck attached to the lagoon edge. Rooms are reasonably ok. Swimming pool is located in the middle of the hotel. Very few staff but Service is good. No outside disturbances. You can joy the way you want.

Ideal to go with friends for a day out,bbq dinner and have some music..no activities available for kids other than swimming pool.very quiet place with beautiful lagoon view.room facilities are not up to the standard and dinner food was average.service staff was helpful.Hopefully this place can be a great place than what I experienced.

Apart from the beautiful location on the lagoon, it was a big disappointment: incompetent, unfriendly management, rooms were simply not cleaned or made up, poor furnishings, annoying noise from work in the garden early in the morning, noisy guests from outside romping around in the garden and pool until late at night - an absolute no-go! Hotel guests are not important! Absolutely not recommended! Leave immediately and post bad experiences
