The room is big. The room size is ok for the price, but the facilities are not good at all. Since space and hotel are not the standards, we expected we move to another hotel, and we got more facilities with breakfast less than the price here. The staff is friendly. But don’t recommend for couples solo travellers seem ok. They don’t have lifts, so I do not recommend wheelchair or mobility issues travellers.

The best hotel in Negombo in terms of price/quality/location. In the city center - a minute from the main road with cafes and restaurants. The second time I stayed at this hotel before my flight home: an opportunity to recover after traveling around the island. On the main road opposite Leighton Resort is a wonderful beach at another hotel; you can use its services and rent a sunbed on the beach, thus spending time under the palm trees before the plane. The hotel provides decent breakfasts from 7 am: eggs in any form, toast with butter, jam, tea and coffee. This time I had an early departure to the airport (by the way, the hotel provides a transfer with a pleasant driver for free). The guys prepared a wonderful breakfast for me to take with me: fruits and sandwiches. The hotel staff is responsive, always in touch via WhatsApp. Every day the entrance to the hotel is decorated with bowls with fresh frangipani flowers or any others - it's very nice. I have stayed in many places in Negombo over the years, but this hotel definitely wins in terms of price/quality.

Discovered this hotel 2 years ago and went back this year. This is our base when we are in Sri Lanka. We start our tour here and end it here when we go back home. Lovely people, great breakfast and nice neat rooms. The pool is also nice after a day in hot Negombo. The hotel is located in a quiet street but close enough (walking distance) to the sea and restaurants. Souvenir shops and small supermarkets are also nearby! Thank you Krishan, Ayani, Dinuka and Ram.. you made our stay wonderfull again

We used this hotel for the first night of a round trip. The room was very basic, and so was the breakfast. The proximity to the beach was very good. There are definitely better places to stay in Negombo.
