Ctrip's service is really good. If there is a problem, they will contact you as soon as possible. I feel relieved when I am abroad. The hotel elevator was broken, so I asked the waiter to move it up. Because the room was on the 4th floor, the floor was not very convenient. It may be related to the third-party platform. If it is a standard room, it is in the new building, and the king bed is in the old building, so the king bed is obviously about 150 yuan cheaper than the standard room. The hotel I chose for transit in Negombo is roughly equivalent to the level of a three-star hotel in China. The breakfast is self-service with a wide variety of options, and the fruits and banana yogurt are well received. Check-in was very fast, and I give a thumbs up to the guy at the front desk. I gave the guy who carried the luggage a tip of 100 rupees, and he seemed very happy. What I was not satisfied with was that I booked a superior king-size bed room, but ended up getting a double standard room. I don't know if there was a problem with the system.
