本來不想評價的，考慮酒店需要在建議中改進，故給予客觀説明：酒店整體外觀還是可以的，有種高端大氣上檔次的感覺，但是入住後發現：
衞生方面：房間內部設施略顯陳舊，地上有長髮些許，進屋第一感覺異味撲鼻；
2：晚上睡覺感覺被子潮濕（我住2樓），衹能開空調除濕，洗澡發現下水地漏堵了，又來了個水漫金山；
3：早晨去西側附樓吃早餐，按照早餐券標識，7：00-8：30，我7點到了，竟然沒有開門，等了5分鐘還是沒有開門，後來西樓的服務員看不下去了，敲打餐廳門，後又打電話，終於門開了！這對於一個趕高鐵的住客來説這幾分鐘是種煎熬！門開了，開吃發現早餐和此酒店的三星完全不匹配，感覺趕不上漢庭，七天優品的品種豐富！
對於以上的親身經歷，建議貴酒店能夠大力整改，要不確實扛着三星的招牌，不太匹配！
