Golden Tulip Goa Candolim

Stayed for four nights after touring Northern India. First impressions we're poor, there were trays of toom service left outside rooms on our floor for more than 15 hours. I've never experienced that anywhere, ever before . Understaffed, perhaps..? Breakfast was average in terms of food but hot drinks were below average. Room was average/good but sadly we arrived and found the bedding hadn't been changed prior to our arrival and when we brought this to the reception teams attention, we were basically ignored and no apology provided. We requested the bedding be changed, it was but the replacement bedding was damaged with holes in it and heavily stained. Really very disappointing!! No hand towels issued either despite requests. The hotel was noisy at night, this was the guests, not the staff though. Those who were staying on our floor were incredibly disrespectful towards other guests. Staff were not unfriendly but weren't particularly friendly either. Service in the restaurant was good but if you wanted a drink or food throughout the day or to get the bill thereafter it was a ridiculous wait and had to chase up several times. Pool staff were great, but pool loungers we're metal and were difficult to change their back position due to perished metal fittings. They also got extremely hot and were liable to cause discomfort if you touched the armrests for example. Management were chatty and wanted to provide good service but this wasn't felt amongst the staff towards us. Overall we were happy to be leaving after our short stay and wouldn't want to return as is. Such a shame :(

Hotel staff was very nice I was lucky to-came here in golden tulip they understand the guest people and imidiatly take action I respect to Mr Roshan from front desk he really helped us and provide us good service thanx to him and best of luck for his future and hotel also..

Golden tulip hotel was really good .rooms price was valuable food was good they have two swimming pool where you can enjoyed a lot total is everything was good in this hotel as staff also of every department specially in front desk Roshan he is geniune person in reception they guide me which is very helpful for me I wish all the staff was good like Roshan .I just thank to golden tulip and all the staff of hotel...I will definitely come again with my whole family...

I must say that this is the real hospitality means. This hotel take guest problem seriously..and take imidiatly action I respect to Roshan he is genuine guy in front office. He understand my situation and within 10 min he just change our room ....I hope all the is like Roshan in hotel ....wish u all the best for ur future and hotel also...

Hotel was good and the staff was very good mr. Roshan was taking my checkin and he understand my situation and give me the early check in we didnt expected like this .. i was so happy and child too... i hope all the was very good like roshan.. my best wishes to him for his future....

My vacation was really good in golden tulip with my friend it's was great place to stay in Goa with anyone friends or either family.. I really enjoy the pool and all the facilities..all the staff was very good and well groomed. In this hotel... Specially in front office members all are very nice and sweet .. (Roshan) I must say that this is the hospitality mean .. Next vacation I will definitely come to this hotel... Thanx to everyone one from golden tulip

Right from the location to the facilities to the staff the resort was excellent. Rooms were luxurious and food was exemplary. Pool was clean and all in all was an unforgettable experience. Special shout out to srijana at the front desk, tapan at the pool and tapas the concierge and nikhil the chef who went out of their way to make us feel totally comfortable.

Such a bliss being there in Golden Tulip Goa. Everything was just perfect. Staff being very polite and helpful throughout the stay and tried their best to make our experience more memorable. Specially the front desk staff full of enthusiasm and professionalism. Must visit the property if planning for a trip to Goa. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very nice with great location and great staff by front desk. Mr. Roshan he was such a nice guy. I was happy to meet him. This time was my badluck because of swimming pool...but no worry next I will definitely come again recommend to others also to visit golden tulip atleast once .
