Aqua Paradise Resort - Hotel & Aquapark - All Inclusive

Had a blast for a week. I had my reserveres for this kind of vacation, and boy i was in for a surprise. The hotel is clean and the staff is welcoming and smiling. There is for sure some communication where it goes "lost in translation". Then just remember that the English here is not the best, BUT they are doing the best they can. The entertainment is okay. They really try to give everybody a good time. There's plenty of possibilities here to activate all Ages. If you go home from here with any kind of disappointment, you really should have spent the extras on the fifth star... We were nine people in our enturage, and we all had a blast for a week...

Our Second Visit Was Even Better – 14 Days of Pure Family Magic! After an amazing one-week stay last year, we loved Aqua Paradise Resort so much that we returned this year for a full two weeks and it was absolutely perfect! The biggest reason we keep coming back? The INCREDIBLE entertainment team! Our daughters (5 and 8 years old) were thrilled to recognize some of the same fun, energetic faces from last year, and the team made sure every single day was packed with joy and excitement. From morning kids' activities to evening shows, their passion and creativity turned our holiday into a non-stop adventure. We sincerely hope we’ll see the same wonderful team next year they’re the heart and soul of this resort for families! Other highlights that made our 14-day stay unforgettable: 1. Outstanding reception service they kindly upgraded our room despite the resort being fully booked 2. Even better food than last year , especially at the main restaurant 3. Friendly, attentive staff at all restaurants and bars they remembered our preferences! 4. The hotel is wonderful, featuring a relaxing spa center and cozy accommodations. The three restaurants within the hotel are very different from one another and offer a wide variety of delicious food. The game room and children’s playgrounds allow us, the parents, to unwind while our kids play nearby and have fun. The hotel staff is kind and helpful.

This hotel pretty much has it all. We stayed here for a week from 11-18 July with two adults, two children (8 and 3) and of course we chose to give this place a go for all the facilites at a really good price and that is how it turned out to be. The hotel and rooms are modern, bright, clean and spacious. I found the beds to be very comfy, there's plenty of cupboard space, a fridge to use, good size balcony and a nice bathroom. There are bars in the lobby, ampitheatre and by both pools with a decent selection of drinks and some snacks. Food wise, I found it to be some of the best I've ever encountered in an all inclusive resort. A very good variety and the meat (lamb and beef) and pizzas in particular are excellent. I'm sure one of the main reasons people chose this resort is because of the pools and water park and these do not disappoint. On one side you have big pool with small toddler pool and on the other another big pool with a bigger shallow pool (0.6m) which was brilliant for the kids to play in. My only slight gripe is one of the bigger pools didn't have a bit more of a shallow end rather than being 1.4m across the entire pool but we ended up using the wave pool in the water park quite a bit which has a gradient to it. As for the water park - it's crazy. LOADS of different kinds of fun slides, big splash park and smaller pool for little kids, a great wave pool, surfing simulator, lazy river and a large regular pool. Having access from the back of the resort, I would suggest if you want to go on some of the more popular rides, to get on them early. I queued a long time for Space Shuttle as it's quite a long ride so the queue moves slower than most. King Cobra was also a short queue but most of the others were fine. As a nice added bonus there is also a food section for all inclusive guests of the hotel. To add to all this the hotel also has a shop for snacks and drinks, pool equipment (cash only) and downstairs there is a spa, gym, games room, bowling and kareoke, pool and table tennis tables which are all at a small extra cost if you wish. There are also football and tennis courts a short walk from reception. Entertainment wise, there is the Purple People entertainers who help provide activities throughout the day. There is a kids club, poolside games, kids disco, bingo and then evening entertainment. I'm not sure they ever sleep but they were always smiling, energetic and they are really good with the children. It really adds a positive vibe to the resort. Location wise it is a little way from Sunny Beach. You can walk 10-15 down the track to the local beach, some shops and a few restaurants but we got a 10-15 minute taxi (30 lev) to Sunny Beach for a few hours where there is a large, golden sandy beach and loads of shops/restaurants amongst other things. We also used the shuttle bus (5 lev pp) to visit Old Nessebar for a couple of hours which was nice to walk around. Lots of shops, food, ice cream and restaurants

Went to the fusion restaurant tonight and was blown away with the quality of of the food but also the attentive service. Everything was delicious.... portions were perfect and we all left very happy.

A Shame there isn’t an option for 4.5 Stars, however I think this is a great hotel, so decided to be generous. We travelled as a family of 4 adults and 3 children from 3 - 8 and stayed for 14 nights. We arrived in the early hours and when we got to reception after a relatively short transfer, there were a few families however everything was arranged relatively quickly although we didn’t get one of the welcome packs containing sandwiches and a bottle of water (as they had mis-counted - although these were available at night from a separate area. As one of the families needed a larger room, we couldn’t be situated together, which wasn’t a problem, however we did see one family of 2 adults and 4 children split up and not even in adjacent rooms. ROOMS The rooms were relatively spacious, however as they were just really for sleeping in, this wasn’t a problem. We had 2 large single beds pushed together and a Sofa Bed. The room also had a flat screen TV, Desk/Dressing Table; a couple of bedside tables and a round table plus a single chair. Our other family had the same but a double sofa bed and cot and the room was correspondingly larger. There was a fridge in the room and also a safe which was free to use, however it was very small and low down, so didn’t fit much in. We just managed to squeeze in an iPad and passports plus a wallet. CLEANING We were in Block Adria, where the cleaning was quite poor, although it doesn’t really matter for a holiday room. We had a small sugar spillage which took 2 days to be cleaned, plus a couple of times things stayed on the floor for a couple of days and the bins weren’t always emptied. We had to ask for the toilet roll holder to be topped up and the shower gel ran out after a few days and never got replenished, despite asking. Apparently the cleaning in the main hotel was a lot better. POOLS We woke up at 9.15 on the first day, and couldn’t believe that there was not a single towel on any of the beds around the main pool. This is unheard of and makes the holiday so much more enjoyable not having to get up at the crack of dawn and sit on the bed for hours. Towards the end of the second week, there were a few more beds getting reserved, but you could always find somewhere to sit by the pool where you wanted. The umbrellas were all fixed to the floor so couldn’t be moved and the cleaning around the pool was exceptional including the gardening. There were also several lifeguards who did a great job. There were several pools. We spent most time by the main pool where the entertainment occurred, but there was also a quieter couple of pools with their own bar. FOOD We generally found the food really good. There seemed plenty of variety and a good choice. There was also plenty of children’s staples, such as Spaghetti, Chips, Chicken Nuggets etc. People could queue either side of the counter and the food was kept warm in heaters.
