Individuelles Hotel mit lustigen Mix aus bay. Barock, 80er Jahre und aktuellen Design. Schöner, kleiner Saunabereich, ausreichend ausgestattet Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Aufgrund der An und Umbauten etwas verwinkelt. Wer aber nicht die reichhaltige Bar plündert, sollte sein Zimmer jederzeit wiederfinden ;)

Wir waren bei der Küchenparty im RiesenGebirge. Was soll ich sagen? Es war einfach grandios. Die Location Wahnsinn, das Ambiente super, das Essen top!! War aber nicht zu übertreffen ist, ist das Personal. Jeder hatte immer ein Lächeln für die Gäste, obwohl es wirklich voll und stressig war. Hier fühlt man sich wohl und kommt gerne wieder. Nicht zu toppen!

Situato in centro a Neuhof an der Zenn, ma molto tranquillo. Alcune camere sono più moderne, altre più classiche (forse non ristrutturate?), con la moquette e l'arredamento in legno chiaro. Pulito, confortevole, anche la mia singola era abbastanza spaziosa. Personale cortese. Cena di buon livello e molto varia la colazione.

Das Hotel wirkt von außen nicht so positiv, wie es im Innenbereich tatsächlich ist. Lobby/Empfangsbereich, Frühstücksräume, Restaurant, Zimmer einschl. Badezimmer, Außenterrasse, etc. - alles passte und gab zu Beanstandungen so gut wie keine Anlässe. Lediglich die beiden Kaffeevollautomaten zeigten sich zu den Frühstückszeiten, also "auf Volllast", anfällig, was zum einen oder anderen klein(er)en "Stau" führte. Bis auf eine Ausnahme beim check in waren alle Mitarbeitenden ansonsten ausnahmslos freundlich, zuvorkommend und in Bezug auf geäußerte Wünsche sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt gesehen empfanden wir unseren 4tägigen Aufenthalt als sehr angenehm und wir würden das Hotel mit an Sicherheit grenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit wieder frequentieren, sollte es uns nochmals in die Neuhofer Gegend "verschlagen".

Von Jetzt auf Gleich wurde eine Übernachtung für mehrere Personen benötigt. Anruf erfolgte, eine kompetente Ansprechpartnerin meldete sich und es wurde das Unmögliche möglich gemacht. Ein Abendessen a la carte um 20 Uhr an einem Mittwoch. Kein Problem. Das Restaurant im urigen Stil grandios. Das Essen topte ALLES. Genuss pur, Preis fair. Der Weg zu den Zimmern war wie ein kleiner Abendspaziergang, halt RiesenGebirge. Fazit: Personal super und kompetent Zimmer gemütlich und neu Restaurant empfehlenswert Es wird nicht der letzte Aufenthalt gewesen sein!

Ok - das Hotel wird sehr gut bewertet, aber zugegeben, das hatten wir so nicht erwartet: wie wir erfuhren wurden bereits etliche Zimmer modernisiert und in einem von denen durften wir übernachten - ach ja, und das Essen war auch lecker ! :-)
