My wife & I only stayed one night while on a road trip but probably would look elsewhere if we had to do it again. Great staff and breakfast, but room was dingy and and in need of a rehab. (Probably could say that for a large swath of all things Argentine!!) Restaurant seemed good but only had buffet breakfast. It's well located in downtown area so restaurants within walking distance. Parking is a bit of a hassle in a lot around the corner, but free.

Con motivo de celebrar nuestro matrimonio reservamos y alojamos en el Tower Hotel Neuquen, desde el inicio todo fue una maravilla, el personal, las instalaciones, la cortesía, la amabilidad y por supuesto, el recibimiento después de la ceremonia y la fiesta. Una habitación estupenda regada de petalos de rosa, una botella de champán en su frapera, bombones y la magia del encanto. Muchísimas gracias a todos!

Ofrecen estacionamiento con precio extra pero al llegar al hotel dicen que no hay lugar y que el estacionamiento debe hacerse a 600 metros, en un lugar sin relación con el hotel. Al viajar con equipaje el estacionamiento es esencial, si lo ofrecen y no cumplen el servicio es deficiente. They offer parking with an extra price but when you arrive at the hotel they say that there is no place and that parking must be done 600 meters away, in a place unrelated to the hotel. When traveling with luggage, parking is essential, if they offer it and do not comply, the service is deficient.

Muy buen hotel. Ubicación a metros del centro. Habitaciones muy co.odas y amplias. Una piscina no muy grande pero suficiente para relajar luego de una jornada de trabajo. Muy buen desayuno. Cumple con creces.

Es la segunda vez que lo visitamos y sigue respondiendo a las expectativas. Buena ubicacion, buena relacion calidad precio , habitacion confortable baño amplio, atwncion esmerada del personal, por lo tanto cumple muy bien los objetivos de quien trabaja, del que esta de paso o por turismo

Excepcional hotel. hermosa habitación, parking, restaurante, actividades dentro del hotel. Muy recomendable ,nos quedamos solo una noche de vuelta desde Bariloche,pero era para qued**** más tiempo y disfrutar de Neuquén.

Nos brindaron habitaciones comunicadas, fui con mi hija. Amplias cómodas con cochera, Buena opción para negocios. La ubicación es en pleno centro. Agil en check in y check out. buen lugar para parar en Neuquén.
