Wir haben die Hochzeit meiner Tochter und meines Schwiegersohnes im Schloss Hambach in Neustadt an der Weinstraße gefeiert. Dazu brauchten wir ein Hotel für die Gäste. Empfehlung vom Veranstalter war das Panorama Hotel. Für stolze 164,-€ für das Doppelzimmer konnte man ein Paket, inklusive einfacher Rückfahrt in der Nacht vom Schloss zum Hotel, buchen. Jetzt zum Hotel. Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit sehr hohem Renovierungsstau. Die Zimmer sind alt, die Betten mässig und im Bad müssten nicht nur die Fugen erneuert werden. Die Klimaanlage nicht bedienbar und hat sich in der Nacht auch noch ausgeschaltet ( am 15.08. waren es 34 Grad). Dazu noch Elektroarbeiten in den Gängen mit herunter hängenden Kabeln. Also die Hochzeit war spitze, das Schloss ist toll, aber das Hotel ist grottig.

Hotel mit Panoramablick Schönes Hotel mit Panoramablick im Restaurant. Die Zimmer geräumig und gut eingerichtet. 2 große Fenster zum öffnen. Wer gerne mit offenen Fenster schläft sollte aufgrund des Straßenlärms ein Zimmer zur Rückseite wählen. Tiefgarage zusätzlich zu den Außenplätzen vorhanden. Gegenüber ein guter Italiener. Ansonsten im Hotel Restaurant und Bar vorhanden.

Perfekt für ein paar Tage, sind das 3.Mal hier. Nur im schönen Frühstücks - Aussichtslokal sollte es Mitarbeiter/innen mit Koordinationsstelle geben. Komme selbst langjährig aus diesen Bereich Jedes Mal freundlich aber leider total überfordert! Dankeschön.

Das personal ist nett und hilfsbereit, man kann kostenlos direkt am Haus parken. Das sind die positiven Aspekte. Die Zimmer - oder zumindest meines - überzeugen dagegen leider nicht. Es fehlt eine gute Verdunkelung, die viel zu wenigen Steckdosen sind an unbrauchbaren Stellen angebracht zB direkt neben der Türe, so dass ein eingestecktes Gerät angestoßen wird, wenn die Türe von außen geöffnet wird. Das Bett war ungemütlich und die Decken aus billigem Plastikmaterial. Dass man keine Klimaanlage hat, ist schade. aber muss man dann den billigsten Ventilator, den man finden konnte ins Zimmer stellen? Fazit: In einem Hotel möchte ich gut schlafen, das geht hier leider nicht. Das Restaurant im obersten Stock, das von einem anderen Betreiber geführt wird, ist übrigens auch nicht zu empfehlen. Schade!

Zimmer sehr klein, erwähnte Badewanne nicht vorhanden. Griff an der Bad Tür, die übrigens aus Glas war, null Privatatmosphäre, kaputt, Bad macht insgesamt einen schmuddeligen Eindruck was an den verbauten Steinchen lag. Kein Abzug zum lüften. Im Zimmer langflooriger Teppich, geht für mich gar nicht. Matratzen total durchgelegen, wir sind fast aus dem Bett gekullert. Würden wir nicht nochmal buchen. Auch die Bar im 8 . Stock mega enttäuschend und die Preise horrend.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Aussicht, den großen Zimmern, dem Preis und dem netten Rezeptionspersonal. Sehr schön ist auch die Heißluftheizung im Bad, die es gerade am Morgen kuschelig werden lässt. Ein Parkplatz ist auch meist frei, selbst am Wochenende.
