Ostseeurlaub in ruhiger Lage!
Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Eine schöne Ferienwohnung,freundliche Gastgeber, eine landschaftlich reizvolle Umgebung, nicht weit vom Ostseestrand. Es lohnt sich, diegesamte Gegend um Neustadt mit dem Hinterland zu erwandern bzw. mit dem Rad zu erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in 15-20 Min.fussläufig zu erreichen.

Ruhig und gepflegt
Sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Wohnung in einem Zweifamilienhaus. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet am Rande von Neustadt. Der Stellplatz ist direkt vor der Haustür. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Strand sind es fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten, zum nahegelegenen Rewe nur unwesentlich mehr. Zum Ortszentrum benötigt man zu Fuss ca. 25 Minuten. Die Wohnung hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein großes helles Bad mit Dusche. Der Wohnraum beinhaltet einen Esstisch und eine Ledersitzgarnitur. Der große Flachbild-Fernseher ist Dank flexibler Wandaufhängung von allen Seiten gut nutzbar. Die Wohnung ist als Startpunkt für Ausflüge an der Ostsee super geeignet.

Herrliche Tage in Neustadt
Die Begrüßung durch Herrn Suma war war toll, freundlich und informativ. Die Abstellmöglichkeit für das Auto war klasse. Die Wohnung gefiel uns von Anhieb. Es war für mich als bewegungseinschränkten Person alles prima zu nutzen. Gerne komme ich wieder
