The propane-heated fire and air conditioning ensure comfort throughout the year. Step outside to discover a lovely private outdoor patio, where you'll find a large outdoor shower with dual rain shower heads, standing over eight feet tall and providing a soothing rainfall of hot water. The flowing fountain adds to the tranquil ambiance, making this an ideal spot for relaxation both day and night. Conveniently located just ten minutes from downtown Grass Valley and eleven minutes from downtown Nevada City, our roundhouse offers easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. Downtown Nevada City is a historic destination known for its vibrant community and rich cultural heritage. Access to the South Yuba river just 20 minutes away! Explore the charming small handcrafted stores nearby, filled with all kinds of unique art and treasures, perfect for finding a special keepsake or gift. Deer Creek, which runs through our property, is a tributary to the Yuba River and has a rich history of gold discoveries. The land was once part of the Mystic Mine, renowned for its incredible gold finds. Recently, a local discovered 10 ounces of gold with just a snorkel in the river. In the summertime, enjoy the beautiful Yuba River, sunbath on massive rocks, or enjoy a mini hike down to private access to the year round flowing creek on the property.
