非常非常好的酒店，服務人員專業，為了避免兩晚不同房間的麻煩乾脆升級了房間，得到一個就在前台邊上的2層樓房間404，客廳在一樓，卧室和衞生間在二樓，二樓還有個浴缸。很贊。感謝前台和禮賓Atil、Dogus、Edmonton。值得大大稱讚的還有酒店餐廳，正餐非常美味，服務也很專業，價格甚至還低於景點的遊客餐廳。自助早餐也不錯，服務尤其好，感謝Fafma。

I came all the way from Mexico and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The service was excellent, with truly outstanding customer care. The restaurant deserves a special mention—the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and exceeded all expectations. The rooms were like a dream—comfortable, elegant, and spotlessly clean. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was beautiful and spotless. I would definitely come back without a doubt. Highly recommended!

The hotel is beautiful with serene views. The facility is clean and well maintined. Staff members very friendly. The service in the restaurant is 5-star. We were served by Nisa in the restaurant for breakfast. She was warm with a beautiful smile. We will be back when we have a chance.
