Good service and good location. We went and flew hot ballon in the early morning. After checking out, the hotel helped locating the money exchange and called taxi as there was no taxi from the app downloaded.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel’s location is convenient for traveling, shopping and restaurants, the breakfast was amazing, great quality food and service. We liked the swimming pool , gym and sauna too. The room was comfortable and clean. We’ve got some help from the reception when needed a taxi to go to the museum and also we had late check out at 2 pm, it was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel!

土耳其之行最差的酒店，沒有之一。晚上10點到的酒店，酒店查不到預訂單，緊急聯繫了ctrip，一頓操作後才成功入住。到了房間，發現洗漱用品拖鞋什麼都沒有，都要打電話要，無語。連接Wi-Fi需要護照，半個小時還沒好，一問酒店説太忙了馬上登記，晚上12點了不知道他們忙什麼

酒店因為當天滿房，我訂了兩間同樣的房型，酒店其中一間給一個很小的房間，與在攜程商旅上展示的房間圖片完全不符合。酒店設施也非常老舊，最奇葩的是五星級酒店沒有拖鞋和被子，房間衹有一條一次性浴巾這麼厚的毯子。不知道攜程平台怎麼會讓這樣的酒店上線銷售，簡直就是欺騙消費者！
