Plop a tube right in the river from the backyard, or go swimming and fishing. Or use the place as a “home base” while you soak at the nearby Schlitterbahn Waterpark (about 2 miles away), and go two-step at Gruene Hall -- Texas’ oldest dance hall (within walking distance, about 1 mile away). :

While you’re here, be sure to stop by the Historic District of Gruene featuring Texas’ oldest bakery, antique shops galore, summer bier gardens, or Wurstfest -- the annual 10-day homage to sausage. For more modern fun, check out super slides at Schlitterbahn Waterpark, spelunk in the Natural Bridge Caverns, go on a tubing expedition on the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers, or take a dip at Canyon Lake!

We take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.

We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel & Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions. *In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge and over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, we do it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $79 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged to Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
