We stayed for two nights. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean, but there was some kind of scented sachet hanging by the air conditioner. I didn't care for the scent, which was a bit of a nuisance. The shower had good water pressure and drained well. The location wasn't too bad, and there are cafes nearby, so we had breakfast there. (Cafes open from 7:30 AM). However, the most disappointing thing was the noise. Our room was near the stairs, and the staff's break area (where they were sleeping) was playing music at an extremely loud volume, making the noise terrible. I had to go twice to tell the staff to 'turn down the music and be quiet.' The sound echoed loudly in the stairwell, and that level of noise at 10 PM would be unpleasant for anyone.

I left some bread on the table in my room and went out during the day. When I returned to my room, I found that a mouse or something had gnawed on the bag. I didn't see anything while I was in the room, but it was disgusting. However, the price was reasonable.

The hotel is located near the New Delhi metro station. It's undergoing renovations, so there's a layer of dust everywhere. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. However, please note that almost all rooms have no windows, and there's no notice of this anywhere. Breakfast is the biggest drawback. Since the hotel is undergoing renovations, they suggest going to a neighboring hotel for breakfast, which is in terrible condition both inside and out. The entrance to the dining room leads down to a windowless basement where everything is shabby, dirty, and damp, and a dirty guy works there. The only safe food there was boiled eggs and bananas, which is what we did. We had another breakfast at this hotel, but we didn't go back. The staff at the hotel were also very strange and unpleasant.

The hotel staff are the worst. My father and I stayed here for three nights. On the first night, I gave a 200 rupee tip to the person who brought our luggage. On the second night, when we asked for a beer bottle to be opened, four hotel staff members came in and stayed in the room the whole time. They must have been feeling cocky about the room being a tip-getter, but it was very unpleasant. On the third night, the three of us wanted to have a beer together. When my father told them to leave because he was asleep, they insisted that we just drink together, which was very unpleasant. Also, when we asked for laundry to be done, they charged 1,580 rupees for 15 items, mostly underwear! I was so disgusted by it that I didn't even want to talk about it, so I paid right away, but their attitude of being a rip-off was laughable. Also, the number 15 was written in permanent marker on the laundry we ordered; I had no idea they would write on it without permission. On the third night, my father bought me a beer, but I felt drunk as if I'd had 10, even though I only drank one. I suspect they made me drink something strange. This may be a false accusation, but this is the worst hotel with so many hotel staff that you can't help but suspect it. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't want to deal with hotel staff or who wants to spend a relaxing and comfortable stay at a hotel. Also, the unpleasant music in the elevator is so loud that you can hear it all the way to your room!

Close to New Delhi train station, simple, clean, and small room. Friendly reception. The area is typical for a train station.

New hotel, 100% clean, but the location isn't the best for going out for a walk.
