It’s a very nice hotel. From the airport to this hotel about 6km & the pre paid taxi cost INR1000, journey about 10-15 mins.
It’s located at Aerocity. It’s a nice spacious room. Most of the cabin crew stay here.

If it is not for the location (near the airport) to catch my flight, for the price i paid for the hotel, i don't think it is not worth the money. The hotel room does not even have a box of tissue paper for guest. the kettle is rusty. how to boil water with rusty kettle?

I ordered my sleeping shorts through Blinkit, but when the delivery arrived, the reception refused to send it up and asked me to come down to collect it. When I called the delivery agent, he handed me the phone to Gaud from the hotel, who told me that outside food aren’t allowed — which was quite odd since this wasn’t food at all.
The staff overall lacked warmth and professionalism. Their tone and attitude didn’t reflect the standard expected from a five-star property.
I had booked a superior suite, but the experience didn’t justify the price. On top of that, I requested an invoice for my stay and still haven’t received it.
Overall, the stay was disappointing and not worth the cost.
