Novotel New Delhi Aerocity- International Airport

The hotel is certainly clean, and the staff are polite. However, at this price, I was surprised there wasn't even a private bathroom. The fact that Wi-Fi required free member registration was also inconvenient. The buffet was luxurious with a wide variety of dishes, but the variations were all Indian cuisine. There were breads, but no rice, just curries and naan. Since there were croissants and bacon, Western food wasn't an issue. Also, the laundry service is absolutely not recommended. They didn't tell me the price beforehand, and I was charged 4000 yen when it was done. The phone service was also poor. It's a good hotel, but for this price, I feel there should be more services. As it was my first time in India, I don't know the standard, but perhaps this is normal for India?

Right next to Delhi Airport, it's generally good, but the value for money isn't great, especially given the space constraints within a large mall next to the airport. The hotel has its own bar and restaurant. The breakfast selection, for this price point, felt a bit underwhelming, with not enough meat options.

Located in Delhi Aerocity, which is very convenient. The check-in and check-out process at the front desk was super fast, which alone makes it better than many other Indian hotels. Overall, the stay was great. The food options were a bit limited, but luckily there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

If you're transiting through Delhi Airport, choosing Novotel will definitely give you peace of mind. The service meets international chain hotel standards; every staff member is highly professional, from the bellboys to the security guards, concierge, and front desk staff. Each one demonstrates a genuine dedication to serving guests. The rooms are spacious, the hot water pressure is strong, the air conditioning is excellent, and it's clean – a great choice for a layover. A special mention goes to Waikim at the front desk. He really goes out of his way to ensure I had a smooth check-in experience. It’s truly a place where you can relax with peace of mind.

Located in the airport city, it's perfect for a quick rest during a layover. The service is excellent, and there are many delicious options for breakfast.
