I recently stayed at your property, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I expect from a 5-star hotel.
During my stay, the air conditioning in the hallway and lift area was not functioning, making it quite uncomfortable. Additionally, there was ongoing construction work in the hallway, which caused a significant amount of noise and disturbance throughout the day.
These issues greatly impacted the comfort and quality of my stay. Considering the premium price I paid, I expected a far more pleasant and seamless experience. I hope you understand my disappointment.

The bathroom absolutely stank of urine, around the toil and even sink area. Goodness knows what the previous occupants did. It was appalling. No one had cleaned it in months. It spread even into the rooms. I complained and all they gave was a free breakfast. Awful establishment, will not return.
