Airport Hotel Tashree

Day 1: I'm sorry to say that I've never been in such a situation on a trip abroad before. My flight was in the evening, and I arrived on time. But the trouble began with the hotel's location. *********** said it was close to the airport, but the information was misleading. The hotel's location didn't match Apple Maps. The taxi took me to a metro station, and when I called the hotel, it was in the opposite direction. It took another hour due to heavy traffic. I finally checked into the hotel around midnight. It was so cold at night, and I couldn't find the AC remote. Instead of calling reception, I just covered myself with a blanket and tried to sleep. The reception manager and hotel staff were good. Day 2: I hired a taxi from the hotel desk for a city trip and returned at 8 PM without any issues. In the evening, I called reception for a cup of tea but waited for an hour and didn't receive it. Then, I went to the restaurant and requested tea through room service, but it never came. I waited until 10:30 PM. At 10:30, I called again to order some food, and it arrived at 11:00 PM. The night temperature in Delhi was 9-13°C. I asked the service person who brought the food about the AC remote, and he said the room AC doesn't work in winter; it only blows cool air.whole night was just a nightmare couldn’t sleep 1 hour due to cold. There was a lot of noise from the neighbors' TV and their late-night conversations, but no one seemed to care. At 11:00 PM, it was difficult for me to change hotels, especially with luggage and an early morning flight. There just wasn't enough time. I'm personally sorry to say this, but it was the worst experience I've ever had, especially after trusting the reviews on Trip.com. They should check before adding places to their database.

For India it's 4/5, for any other country (western or third word) it's a 2/5. If you want a decent place to sleep near the airport than this place is fine. Sheets seemed clean, staff were friendly, WiFi is fast, soap is provided and AC works. Room isn't very modern and a bit dirty but welcome to India.

Very friendly staffs & receptionist. Location near main road and easy to find muslim food. The room also clean. The cafe staffs willing to buy muslim food outside and prepared for us. Really appreciated it. Thank you so much. Will come again if one day I go to New Delhi again..

We were well guided by Hotel Tashree authorities when we were compelled to stay in a different hotel by a prepaid taxi driver's wrong guidance. Good vegetarian food at a reasonable price is a plus point. Best Air conditioning and water supply. I will stay again. Thanks to the desk staff for their affectionate hospitality. Good luck 🤞

Good for short stay in delhi. Near ambience mall. lot of small shops around to do shopping.

I enjoyed may stay, the room was clean, the Staff was very friendly and helpful.
