The bed was super comfortable and the room was very spacious, not at all cramped for two people. However, there was one very noticeable problem: the central air conditioning was extremely dirty. As soon as it was turned on, it made my throat hurt. It was too hot during the day if we didn't turn it on, which was really unpleasant.

Property is clean and well managed with a smooth running of operations. Very comfortable stay and good breakfast. It’s a popular choice of indian and international tourists visiting India. The service was a tad bit slow, but it’s really not an issue. Staff is very friendly, courteous and professional and we enjoyed our stay here. It felt safe and comfortable and we will be visiting again.

Lalit staff at all levels are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Especially the luggage staff, the 24/7 restaurant staff and the gym/spa staff and room cleaners

A wonderful place that makes you feel very safe and provide a very clean environment.
Basic rooms tho are not special, it is worth it to spend a bit more and get an exclusive or club.
Amazing stuff all around.

Good hotel, but the breakfast could be more organized. I asked the concierge about room rates at other hotels in the chain in different Indian cities, and he wasn't very friendly.

I don't have any photos to share but this was the worse hotel stay and experience of my life.
It was my big mistake to choose this hotel, the room was smelly, the bathroom was smelly, the bed was so uncomfortable. The curtains were broken when I checked in, and when I told them to fix it, no one came to fix it, and they came on the last day when I was leaving.
Imagine I booked the Business Suite for this horrible stay.
Worst, I had fallen sick during my stay with very high fever, the incall doctor was supposed to send my medicines and for 2 hrs I didn't receive my medicines, and without the medication I had to check out and leave as I had a flight to catch.
Worst worst worst HOTEL EVER. PLEASE if anyone is reading this, believe me don't book.
