I always book with Premier Inn, I know exactly what I'm getting. Great room, well decorated, comfy bed, clean bathroom and great shower. Always get a peaceful sleep and feeling refreshed ready for the day ahead. Food is always value for the money, tasty and hot and thanks to waitress and receptionist (Phoebe and Tobey) for their service.

Trevor was great on reception. We had 2 family rooms that were interconnecting, they were spotless and had everything you needed. Bathrooms were clean and tidy as well. You could hear people above you but they must of been elephants stamping around at 4 o clock in the morning. We booked breakfast as 2 adults so the 4 children could eat for free and they made the most of it! Was all very yummy and just perfect

The restaurant was very clean staff was very friendly and lots of choice of food in the breakfast area and hot and cold drinks highly recommended by me and my children and a very good price with kids eating free breakfast was cooked and prepared freshly and hot the cakes and croissants was nice children loved it at the premiere inn buffet will be back there again soon

Great location for half way stop to Devon or Dorset. Close to New Forest attractions. On site car parking. Fantastic customer service happy to respond to queries or requests. Clean room and restaurant. We had a tasty cooked breakfast however there was a limited choice of teas but there were other hot drink options. We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay here again to explore the local area.

Clean, quiet and comfortable room at a great rate if you book in advance. I chose the Premier Plus room which was worth the additional extra. The hotel is across the street from Lidl and a 5 minute drive from town. Location makes it great for a stopover. Also convenient for Moors Valley.

We stayed here as we had an early morning flight out of Bournemouth Airport and didn’t want to take any chances with the traffic on the A31. This is the second time that we have done this and we would certainly return. Great parking and the room clean and comfortable. The stand out for us was the excellent service from the staff especially Louisa. We ate in the restaurant as we couldn’t find very much open on a Sunday evening in Ringwood. Perfectly acceptable food and drink for the price paid and with warm and friendly service from Louisa.

Breakfast was alot better and way better service than other premier inn’s with separate restaurants across the carpark. Big thanks to louisa M i think her name was and the other lady working on Monday plus Tuesday 11th/12th march 2024 for the amazing service at dinner time so polite. Another big thanks to karen for amazing service and hospitality on the breakfast service too! 218 and 201
