Went for dinner at Rhinefield. Excellent food locally sourced and well produced. Chef came to explain menu and answer questions. Good wine list and prices reasonable. Staff very attentive and appeared to went to ensure the event went well. Definitely recommended.

Lovely hotel surrounding grounds are stunning. Food was excellent. All staff very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel. Beds really comfortable. A bit of the beaten track but the hotel is really worth it. Prices well and very clean.

My wife and I stayed for a night in April 2024, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were fantastic, from the reception staff to the bar and restaurant staff, to the cleaning and maintenance staff. All were friendly, polite and attentive. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was lovely. We were very fortunate that during our stay the spa was so quiet that we had it all to ourselves for the two visits we made!

We stayed over Easter and really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The staff were excellent, very polite and informative. Breakfast was nothing short of superb. I was made to order and they have a wide selection of everything you could ask for. We used the gym and spa facilities every day. The gym is small but adequate for a short workout. The spa is clean and has a really nice pool. We had a lovely dinner in the conservatory and would highly recommend the lamb shank and gnocchi. Afternoon tea was fantastic too, it was a three course meal which was a nice twist of the traditional afternoon teas. The hot middle course was our favourite. The grounds were well kept and they had just opened the outside pool but we didn’t get a chance to try it. The hotel room had every amenity we needed, even though it was a little on the small side, but we only paid for the standard double. We would highly recommend staying at the Rhinefield and we are considering booking again later in the year

Lovely hotel to spend a night with my husband. Absolutely beautiful grounds to walk around and sit in. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The staff are so delightful. Specifically, a minster who is taking a year out is completely fab and a man named jerry who acts like he was put on this earth with the sole purpose of making your mealtimes perfect. Which he did. Menu creative and food simply delicious. Only downside is the spa is incredibly small. If more than 8 people want to use it at the same time there simply wouldn't be space.

We had our wedding reception here yesterday and from start to finish we were treated superbly. The staff went above and beyond to make it the most special day we could ever have dreamed of. Many thanks to all of the team and to Anita who looked after us from the first enquiry to the moment we left this morning. The room was decorated beautifully. I utterly adored every single moment. We booked the private dining experience at the Alhambra room at the Rhinefield House Hotel. The room did not disappoint us- it is as charming as it showed in the photos online. I had booked this as a special afternoon out for a special person's birthday- so we went walking in the new forest nearby before reaching Rhinefield House Hotel around lunchtime. The express facial was lovely, as per my partner. Angel, a staff member, was allocated to us for the lunchtime service and he was superb in his attitude, manners and pleasantness! He even made a special off-menu order of Sangria for us- because I wanted the Alhambra room to give the Spanish feel. The meal was very tasty and quite filling. So the cake we had ordered had to be packed away. We spent the afternoon sitting in the lounge, having a cortado and watching the water fountain from the bay window. It was a very memorable pampering afternoon- great service and location for a couple retreat.

Where do I start. The hotel is breathtaking, the reception is a beautiful combination between modern and vintage, the gardens are vibrant and stunning. And the staff are warm and welcoming. A MUST stay when in the local area. We were fortunate enough to have our wedding here. And I have never before seen a venue that held me as captivated as Rhinefield house. The Grand hall was perfect in every single way. I really could not have asked for a more prestigious location to enjoy one of the most important days of my life. I simply cannot recommend enough to you that your wedding should be held here. The staff at every single minute throughout the day were smart and professional. From catering to our guests to preparing the venues and rooms. This brings me to my main point, Annette. What a truly outstanding woman, I have never before felt so safe leaving my wife and I's special day in the hands of another person. At every stage she has supported, suggested and welcomed every point or worry we had. Even at times when we were sending email after email with questions and notes. Her demeanor is calming and warm and at no point did we ever feel alone while planning this day of celebration, I feel as if we owe her a debt that cannot be repaid. Tom, our maitre d'. An exemplary host. I strongly suggest anyone planning an event here demands both Annette and Tom. A partner package that will make your day complete.
