Excellent and spacious facility with everything we needed. Pool area a welcome respite from the heat of the city. Easy walking distance to the French Quarter and other attractions. Great transport links for trips further afield and easy parking underneath the apartments at $20 for 24 hours.

Great location and nice property. Clean, well-appointed, and the individual bathrooms in each bedroom are very convenient for families and friends staying together. We were there for Tulane graduation and it was an easy walk to the Superdome and many nearby restaurants. Very much appreciated the nice charcuterie board that welcomed us upon arrival also!

Property is very well maintained. Keyless entry to the building and condos. Property was very well lit and safe. The beds were extremely comfortable and each room had a private bathroom. Plenty of room and furniture to hang out in the open living room and kitchen. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. This condo also had a private patio with seating for 4.

The Eleanor was perfect for our group of 14. We loved that everyone had a large space to hang out. Terrace space was a huge hit for all! When it was time to sleep, we had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. It is very updated and in a great location. We were able to walk to many places nearby. Front desk (Shane) was very attentive and a huge help with our questions. We hope to visit again!

I would have rated it excellent but one of the patios was not cleaned. They send you an email to put what time you are arriving and what time you are checking out. Although the checkout time is 10am and you say you are leaving at 4am they will charge you a late checkout if you are not out by 4am. Other than those two things the place was excellent. It’s very clean except for that one balcony, it’s very quiet and you’re within walking distance of just about everything.

Overall a terrific experience. The location, mattresses, and pillows were excellent. Large rooms and plenty of space. A couple more chairs in the living room would have been nice, but not crucial. MGMT was quick to respond. We had a leak in the kitchen and they responded right away and promptly replaced the faucet. The pool was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. I would stay again without hesitation.

A very spacious condo perfect for 7 adults. The rooms are super new and super clean, the bathrooms are spotless and the beds and pillows were amazing. Honestly everything was perfect. It was quiet, and safe and about 10 minute walk to the french quarter. The property manager is top nothc and responded quickly to my questions. Check-in instructions were very simple. I will 100% stay here next time I'm in New Orleans, it was amazing!

We celebrated my son’s 10th birthday here . The stay is just like the pictures , beautiful spacious and relaxing . Great price great customer service 10/10. Only issue we had was the elevator lol so read the black box inside it. We will be back worth the price !!!
