Nice hotel location and staff, breakfast can be a bit busy. Room size is good.

The hotel is getting old with a very slow elevator. The location is good and close to various attractions. The service is poor and every request was met with hostility and begrudgingly answered.

Conveniently located with everything within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. Parking was down the street around the corner for a fee. One of the elevators went out so it took a long time to get to and from my room. My room door stuck and I only realized it when housekeeping clean my room and did not close it all the way. There was daily breakfast that was decent. There is no onsite gym, but one is offered offsite for a fee. One of my complaints is if housekeeping is going to clean the room and take towels replace the one they take. Also ensure the door is close when they leave. But to alleviate all of this ensure all rooms have a do not disturb sign. My schedule was crazy and I did not have 20 minutes to wait in line to get something that was supposed to be in the room.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, walking distance to almost everything. 10/10 would stay here again with 2 small children!

All the staff were friendly and helpful, gave some recommendations for local food and activities. The room was clean and decent, but the bathtub never fully shut off and constantly trickled. The location right off canal street is convenient to the French Quarter and casino. One of the downsides of this hotel is that our key cards were essentially “wiped” on a daily basis and would not allow us access to our room. We had to go down to the front desk to fix them, each day in the afternoon, and ended up having to go to the front desk twice per time because the first try didn’t work. It also would take a while to get up to our room (9th floor) because the staff use the same elevators and 3-4 of them would go into the elevators with heaps of linens and then stop every couple of floors to get off. Which didn’t bother me until I had to fix my key cards, which then ended up being a ~20 minute process each time.

The room was extremely cold, very loud air conditioning that was working nonstop and preventing a good night sleep. Toilet was running and the shower was impossible to turn on or off. On top of it we were overcharged $73 for parking when the website said parking was included.

The hotel is in a good location and convenient for going out. American breakfast and coffee are available all day long. These are all advantages. But I was a little scared after returning. When I first entered the room, the black curly hair and yellow mottled color on the white sheets of the bed were very uncomfortable. After informing the front desk, the front desk staff quickly changed the new sheets. On the last night, the sister in the same room couldn't find a pair of pants. She and I searched all the luggage and even every corner of the room but couldn't find it. After returning home, I found that the newly bought yoga pants and tops were also lost without cutting the labels. A pair of lulu yoga pants was also lost in another room with us. This made us shudder at the hotel's room cleaning staff. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and thoughtful, but I don't know which country the housekeeper is from and can't understand English. Apart from them, the hotel staff can't enter our room. I have never encountered the situation of losing things in hotel rooms in other countries and regions!

The biggest highlight of the hotel is that it is in a very central location. It is very convenient to go to the French Quarter at night. It is also very convenient to various tourist attractions and the public security nearby is also good. Although the environment is not excellent, it is still good. The hygiene is very good. Although the breakfast is simple, it is still full. The price/performance ratio is very high. I will stay here again next time.

If you're just staying overnight, this hotel is fine.
