My stay here was wonderful ❤️❤️❤️Beautiful spacious one bedroom suite with a double balcony. City views from the balcony were gorgeous. Efficient and friendly staff and food and drink were plentiful and delicious.

There was literally NO hot water to take showers. At $250 a night we should have been able to take a shower. We will not be back unless compensated. It was awful not to be able to wash up after a long day of traveling especially since we complained about the same thing our first night we stayed at the beginning of our trip.

It was very nice, but had a problem with providing hot water. The staff was very apologetic, and it was fine going without a shower for a day.

Staff were not super friendly and definitely not helpful. Valet parking was inefficient and made us late for a wedding despite calling for our car WELL in advance. Breakfast was good.

I liked the free drink tickets and the breakfast was amazing. The bar staff and valet were amazing. We stayed for a week and did not have hot water for two of those days.

We had a great time and everything was awesome! Excellent breakfast, spacious room, and a great hotel overall! I highly recommend this hotel when you come to New Orleans.
