SpringHill Suites New Orleans Warehouse Arts District

Average Marriott in the warehouse district. Clean, safe, only thing I'd say is that a PIERCING shrill fire alarm was going off at check-in for 3 *DAYS* straight. They kept saying an engineer was coming to fix it and this went on for my entire stay. I would just urge whoever is running this hotel to teach their staff how to mitigate this crazy, screeching alarm. After 3 days it becomes clear that they actually want to create a brutally oppressive environment, on purpose, nobody is that incompetent. Their streaming services like Pluto TV also constantly crash. You can get about 10 seconds of a movie, then it freezes. Also they don't honor the platinum 4PM late checkout so if you want your status perks stay at a different Marriott. Overall, probably the jankiest Marriott I've ever stayed at. Just clear nobody really cares whether stuff works or not. I wish people in NOLA would take more pride in their jobs.

This place was not clean. I wouldn't stay there again. From couches in lobby with visible stains, carpet in elevator disgusting,base boards dirty and protective stop not screwed in properly.

Great place to stay and worked perfect for our family of 5 visit. Also really good value for the price. The hotel and room were modern, in good condition and very clean. The breakfast was good and very cool common use areas both indoors and outdoors. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were very helpful and prompt in providing extra blankets for us. The pool was out of towels, and once I let staff know , they replenished them immediately.

While the front desk staff was very kind and helpful, the valet was a different story. The room was nice, but the shower head was broken, so my friend and I had to navigate through that. Overall everything was decent.

Wish they would clean the room daily and the 40 dollars to park on property is ridiculous. They seem to try to charge you for every and anything

Several places to eat within walking distance. The only issue we experienced was there was a tremendous amount of loud noise on the street all throughout the night. Cars drag racing on a one way street with a 30 mph speed limit.
