Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center Reviews

This hotel was as stated in the reviews. The hotel was a good stay. The staff was nice and accommodating. The room was cleaned and smelled good. Parking was $25 across the street. I would stay here again.

I thought hotel services is really good. However, location is bud and parking lot is $47 per night, I think this is a little expensive.

Everything is good and the staffs were super nice and helpful. The only inconvenient thing is the location, a bit long walk from the center (very close to the train station though)

Came for a conference. Nice location near the conventional center. The room cleaning is on. Breakfast not good enough.

Free peezy

The front desk refused bottled water to a long-stay guest and blocked access to housekeeping. A Black female staff member was extremely rude; I stayed there for six days and asked for a bottle of mineral water at the front desk, but they refused, telling me to either get tap water or buy my own. It was completely inexplicable.

The morning buffet is a la carte

So-so, the facilities are a bit old, the hygiene is okay, the room has no heating, it's a bit cold, and I'll be woken up at around 6 o'clock in the morning, and there are no slippers.

Great value for money, nice room. We came here for a meeting and happened to arrive during Halloween, so the festive atmosphere was very strong, a truly unique experience. Although there was a lot of traffic, the surrounding shopping areas are within walking distance.
