Great boutique hotel with an excellent staff, lovely rooms, and one of the city's best bars. Walk to the Quarter or to great restaurants in the CBD.

They charge you an “amenity fee” and the end of your stay that they don’t tell you about. I was told it was for the 2 complementary waters in the room, access to the gym, and wireless service. Never again.

The facility is tired. The rooms musty with chipped bathtub, and decor often falling a part. Heard they will soon refurbish rooms. Otherwise, I would not recommend, nor stay again in the future.

Chic spot conveniently located close to major landmarks and public transport. Hotel has small art gallery and is very hip. Fully equipped gym on the third floor. Room small but clean. Front desk staff very helpful with recommendations and directions. No coffee in room but there is a water dispenser available 24/7 in lobby and fresh coffee available at the bar every morning. Tram 5 min walk from front steps and Jackson square 25 min away. Hotel is 5 min from Canal street. Enjoyed our stay and we would come back.
